In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are a current resident of Indonesia and that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. 2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 2.4 Excluded Persons. 3.1 Registration Process. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gwp888 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. gwp888 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts and will take enforcement action as set out in Clause 11.

3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your gwp888 account is accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, contact number, or payment details must be communicated to our support team promptly. gwp888 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gwp888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. gwp888 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you, and you accept liability for all such activity.

3.5 Unauthorised Access. 4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must always be made to and from payment accounts registered in the same name as the gwp888 account. 4.4 Currency

5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.5 Maximum Bet Under Bonus. While bonus funds are active on your gwp888 account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. 5.6 Expiry. Unclaimed bonus credits and free bets expire as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the gwp888 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by gwp888. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the time period specified in the applicable sport's rules, gwp888 will settle bets in accordance with its published sport-specific rules, which are available within the sportsbook interface.

6.4 Casino & Live Dealer Rules. All casino and live dealer games available through gwp888 are governed by the rules of the respective game studio providing that game (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe). In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the gwp888 interface and the rules applied by the studio's server, the studio's server result will be treated as the authoritative outcome.

6.5 Togel & Numbers Games. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gwp888 Platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance in accordance with Clause 11:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC process
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Clause 2
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of gwp888

8.1 Verification Obligation. 10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gwp888's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 By gwp888. gwp888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time, with or without notice, where gwp888 reasonably believes that the member has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) engaged in any form of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7; (d) failed to complete KYC verification; or (e) otherwise acted in a manner that gwp888 considers harmful to its interests or those of other members.

11.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by gwp888 for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at gwp888's discretion. Where the closure is due to KYC failure, deposit-source funds (net of bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will generally be returned to the originating payment method following investigation.

11.3 By the Member. 11.4 Self-Exclusion.
